An electric mixer is a perfect commercial helper of baking in mixing, passing, and dough kneading. We provide several kinds of floor type mixers with different volumes of bowls and horsepower. They are all the three-stage speed and with a bowl and three matchings: stainless steel bowl, mixing whisk, mixing beater and spiral dough hook. Besides the stainless steel whisk wire, the beater, and spiral dough hook are made of aluminum alloy. The body of the machine is also heavy-duty aluminum alloy.
A 10L bowl with 1/3Hp can stand 1.5kg of content. A 20L bowl with 1/2Hp can stand 3 kg and a 30L bowl with 1Hp can afford 6kg at once. This machine is 220V and equips with a current protector. In the case of excessive current, the machine will automatically off to protect the motor. Also, you can add a "hand safety guard" to protect you but additional pay.
